  • In today’s macro-environment, a multitude of factors can affect balance sheets, and volatility is magnified in the SME sector in emerging Indian economies.
  • We have a very hands-on approach to restructuring assignments, tackling both the operational and financial aspects of a situation. Working closely with the management, we strive to develop and implement plans to stabilize cash-flows and profitability, improve working capital management and optimize structuring. Our efforts focus on creating buy-in from creditors and investors into a workable turnaround plan and assisting the promoters to execute these plans effectively in a time-bound manner to maximize overall value.
  • Our current restructuring engagements include assignments with various entities, with interests spread across technology, renewables, manufacturing, healthcare, IT services and real estate. Additionally, our experience allows us to deliver asset recovery and management services to activist credit investors, bringing to bear expertise in valuing portfolios of both corporate and structured credit, including CDOs and CLOs, ABS, RMBS and CMBS, and EM credits.
